Soil-cement mixing piles are widely used in soft foundation treatment projects at home and abroad,which have the outstanding advantages of simple construction,fast construction and low cost.However,long-term practice shows that there are many problems in the construction of soil-cement mixing piles,such as low automation of construction equipment,difficult monitoring of construction process,unreasonable grouting mode and difficult control of construction quality,which often lead to poor engineering application results.It is not conducive to the development of soil-cement mixing piles.Based on this,the paper launched a systematic study on the intelligent construction control system of soil-cement mixing pile and the application of this system.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The structure of intelligent construction control system for soil-cement mixing piles is studied.The parameters that play a key role in controlling the quality of soil-cement mixing piles during construction are analyzed,such as downward drilling and lifting speed,grouting volume,water-cement ratio,verticality and pile length.The data acquisition sensors and related hardware equipment are selected,and the standard of hardware equipment configuration and installation is studied through field tests.(2)The overall operation principle of the intelligent construction control system of soil-cement mixing pile is studied,the theoretical basis and the implementation method of frequency conversion grouting and the realization method of remote monitoring are expounded.The causes of the errors between the current value of the inner drill pipe and the setting value of the grouting pressure in the process of frequency conversion grouting are analyzed.Based on the plastic stress field in the construction of bidirectional mixing piles,the revised formula is proposed.(3)Intelligent construction technology of soil-cement mixing pile is put forward and applied in test section.Through the field test,it is found that the intelligent construction control system of soil-cement mixing pile can change the grouting quantity in different soil layers in real time according to the preset program,and implement frequency conversion grouting successfully;remote monitoring can monitor the whole construction process of mixing pile,with clear and detailed website pages and accurate data.Coring test and unconfined compressive strength test results show that the intelligent construction control system of soil-cement mixing pile can effectively ensure that the strength of pile body meets the design requirements,and the strength of pile body is uniform.Compared with conventional construction technology,it can effectively save cement consumption.(4)Intelligent construction control system of soil-cement mixing pile directly guarantees the construction quality of mixing pile through strict control of construction process,avoids engineering delay and economic loss caused by post-construction detection.when applying this system to control construction,testing person can reduce the proportion of post-construction detection and spot-check appropriately.
