Along with the economic fast development in society, the pollutionof the environment and the nervous problem in energy that people face isserious with more and more, the urgent demand is all kind of clear, canreborn and new energy. The ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC)can be a kind of clear, can renewable energy, and keep the great deal. TheOTEC system can generate electricity, fresh water etc.. This paper studiesand develops the turbine in OTEC experiment system of generatingelectricity.First, this paper concludes the construction of 200W saturated steamin ammonia turbine used for experiment, and one-dimension method isused in thermodynamic design, designs the project of 200W NH3-turbine;Immediately after, introduces the construction principle of the maze typeseals completely and the half maze type seals completely and thecalculation that leak air the deal, And proceeded to seal completely thedesign, improved the construction that maze type seal completely;Thenanalyses leading device of 200W NH3-turbine , leaf type, construction,main parameter and flow of airs in leaf's grid, designs leading device,leaf's slice of 200W NH3-turbine, and proceeds the analysis andcalculation;Finally, establishes virtual prototyping model of 200WNH3-turbine, and simulates it by making use of the virtual prototypingmodel software.Through the studies and developments, providing the machine toexperiment for proceeding OTEC experiment system of generatingelectricity, also providing the mother type machine for the developmentof NH3-turbine. And, in design process, adopting the parametrictechnology, will lay the foundation of the varieties, series of the hereafterproduct.
