According to the self-adapting theory of the fuze penetration point, this technology use the control technology of logical circuit, designing a kind of self-adapting delay exploding control system as the core of programmable logic device, in order to meet the self-adapting, make the projectile enter into the target and explode at the appointing depth, achieve the delay-time adjusting of the best fuze---battle-part cooperate.The thesis expounded and analyzed several key ingredients affect the high-g accelerometer, based on the theory of vacuum expanding, the penetration emulation has been made, use the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to do the visual dynamical analysis of the penetration process, the result of the emulation has some theory instructing meaning to the system design of the overloading testing experiment.On the basis of the penetration process emulation, the thesis gives out the resolve scheme of the control system about the penetration exploding point depth, of the computing model, the condition of the model establishment and integration of main computing circuit. In the control technology of the penetration explode point, the character of the sensor is the crux of the system scheme whether successful or not, this thesis analyzes the characteristics of the high-g accelerometer and expound the character of the Piezoresistive high-g accelerometer, design the of testing circuit and brings out the resolving method of the problem to the high-gaccelerometer, and did some impacting and comparing test in some different kinds of high-g accelerometer.Design of system software tests the correctness of the computation model. In the process of the debugging and the ball cartridge testing, read back the collection data and draw out the experiment curve.In the process of system design and achievement, we did the simulating test of the whole penetration process to the computation of the impact acceleration, gave out the results of experiment and analysis, established a better base for the ball cartridge testing...
