How to raise the penetration performance of the shaped charge jet in the modem antiarmor war is the topic in the world. Currently, the calculation research of penetration performance about the shaped charge jet has been a lot of, but the calculation of penetration bore hole radius, which is another important performance to anti-armor, is seldom be considered.By having researched the theory and principle about the shaped charge jet forming and penetration, and analyzed influence effects of the shaped charge jet forming and penetration, the calculation models of the characteristic parameters of jet, the penetration depth and the penetration bore hole radius are deduced and summarized in detail, specially own viewpoint to parts of parameters are put forward. Using Visual C++6.0 the calculation program is made, and it was validated to be feasible and have a good aecuracy by tested with some concrete shaped charge structural examples.The optimal design model is proposed, in which, liner top thick, cover inner angle, liner thick variation ratio, cover base radius and so on are considered as the design variables, the penetration depth and the penetration bore hole radius are considered as target function. To this multi-target optimal problem, major target method is used, in which, the penetration bore hold radius is made as the major target.The optimum model based on the orthogonal experiment method is made, and combining the shaped charge analysis model that proposed before, the multi-target optimum problem is solved. Used Visual C++6.0 optimal program is made. With concrete shaped charge structure example validating, the conclusion is got that multi-target optimum design of the penetration depth and penetration bore hold radius to a shaped charge structure is valid.
