With the globalization of the market and the manufacture, the internal-combustion engine industry of our country has been confronted with rigorous challenges on account of the insufficient competence of the independence innovation and development and the low-level technology. The vibration problem of the internal-combustion engine puzzles our internal-combustion engine manufacture enterprise for a long time. To avoid and reduce the vibration of the internal-combustion engine is the key technology to increase the property and quality of the motorcycle, also is urgent affairs to realize product to develop independently in the motorcycle company. To reduce the vibration problem of the internal-combustion engine is the main way to solve the vibration problem of the internal-combustion engine. And to reduce the vibration of the internal-combustion engine often balances the inertia force and moment of the crank-connect rod mechanism. So the dynamic balance technology of the mechanism is the main way to solve the vibration of the internal-combustion engine which was extensive use in the internal- combustion engine.In this dissertation, integrated the reduce-vibration project of the engine of the motorcycle company, the eccentricity balance is used in the internal-combustion engine on the basis of analysis of the dynamic balance of the crank-connect rod mechanism for the internal-combustion engine. The main research is as follows:â‘ Analyze and research the characteristic of the crank-connect rod mechanism of the single-cylinder internal-combustion engine, The mathematical model of three-mass point has been established and the program of its inertia force and moment has been designed.â‘¡The optimization design of the crank-connect rod mechanism was carried out. Collocating the mass reasonably,adjusting the ratio ((1-f)/f) of the long axis to the short axis of the ellipse track, adjusting the direction of long axis to the direction where the internal-combustion engine was not sensitive to the stimulating force. All the above contribute to the max reduction of the vibration.
