Mechanical experimental systems need establishing frequently, when mechanical vibration experiments are conducted. However, there are a lot of difficulties in establishing these systems, such as great amount of equipment, high cost and time-consuming. Therefore, the mechanical models are simulated by some else models, among which the circuit models are the most favorable with no doubt. This paper is based on the new mechanical-electric simulation, after accomplishing the structural optimization of random dynamic vibration absorber, MATLAB and circuit simulation model under the condition with and without absorb vibration module are established separately. As a matter of fact, PSPICE circuit simulation result agrees with the MATLAB mathematical simulation result completely. Based on which the influence analysis of absorb vibration module on the system is made and the newmechanical-electric simulation theory is verified. Finally the circuit model of random dynamic vibration absorber module is showed out; the circuit model can react on the mechanical model. In this way, the general corresponding relationship of electric experiment and mechanical vibration experiment is constructed. The new mechanical-electric simulation takes the transfer function as the foundation, so the realization of the transfer is also a key point of this paper. On the base of the review of realization approach available, a new method for establishing expression of state space of the single-input/single-output system which transfer function has zero points is presented in this paper, which is based on duality and Jordan canonical form, besides it has the same computing amount with the latter and supply a new solution to realize the transfer function. Besides, transposing and making up method in reference [24] is simplified by this method.
