In recent years,the NVH performance of a car is one of the factors that customers must consider.The addition of a dynamic vibration absorber to the vehicle is one of the main means to improve the performance of the vehicle NVH.In this paper,aiming at the vibration of the sub-frame,a vibration absorber is designed.Then using the response surface analysis method,design and optimization calculator that can be used for the development of similar structure shock absorbers in the later stage,which is of great significance for reducing the development cost.This paper aims to solve the vibration problem of the sub-frame of a certain automobile.Basing on the domestic and international papers and the research history of the dynamic vibration absorbers,the working principle and design criteria of the passive dynamic vibration absorber are learned systematically.And then a dynamic vibration absorber for the vibration problem of the sub-frame is designed and processed.Secondly,the influence of rubber hardness and mass on its natural frequency,which are the main design parameters of the dynamic vibration absorber,are studied by using CAE simulation,modal testing,Matlab simulation and so on.Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are also carried out respectively.Then,the response surface analysis technique is applied to the optimization design of the dynamic vibration absorber,and the mathematical model of the natural frequency of the vibration absorber and the parameters of each structural parameter are calculated.And randomly selecting test samples within the range of influence factors,and comparing the model prediction values with the CAE simulation calculation values,to verify whether the accuracy of the model meets the engineering requirements and whether it can be used instead of the real model for optimization calculation.Then an optimization model is established basing on the actual requirements such as the limitation of the installation space of the dynamic vibration absorber.Finally,thinking the fact that the objective function of the optimization model is multi-polar worthy nonlinear equation,the particle swarm optimization algorithm in the intelligent optimization algorithm is selected.The optimization program is written based on Matlab/GUI platform,which leads to a concise,fast and convenient optimization iteration tool.The tool is used for optimization calculation,and the sample is processed according to the optimization result to complete the loading experiment,and the vibration damping effect of the designed dynamic vibration absorber is confirmed.
