Aiming at the problem of against atrocious shock and vibration for military electronic information equipments, a new approach using active vibration control was investigated, and the theoretical research of outer reinforcement technology of magnetic storage devices was processed. The outer reinforce experimental installation was designed and experiments are processed. The actuality of domestic and international development of vibration control was introduced; the model of electromechanical dynamics was established.Actuators based on electromagnetism were designed. A new elastic rubber was used in the structure of support, which can avoid the movement coupling of two directions. During the calculation in permanent magnet circuit, The limitation of old theory was indicated, a new formula was present and the experiment was processed, The result indicate that the formula presents in this paper was correct. Correlative parameters of the system were estimated; the solid modeling and simulation fitting were processed in I-DEAS. The mechanical structure was designed at last. The experiments based on the vibration source produced by vibration generator are all processed.Experiment results suggest that the system has favorable vibration isolation performance in central vibration directions and it can control vibration and shock simultaneity. It has a wide response frequency range and a great displacement response range: 6mm. The system can achieve a satisfying vibration isolation ratio (<20%) without resonance peak. This device can improve the performance against vibration and shock of miniature HDD (Hard Disk Driver) apparently and can satisfy the need for use.
