Maintenance Strategy And Study Of Hard Disk Drive Test Equipment Based On RCM

Equipment is the lifeblood for the production of enterprise,it is the basis for the enterprise to create wealth.Good maintenance strategy is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the equipment,so scientific maintenance strategy and practice of equipment maintenance management has a positive meaning.This paper introduces the development history of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.According to electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance as the foundation,through the research of all kinds of equipment failure mode and maintenance mode,and puts forward the equipment maintenance strategy based on RCM(reliability centered maintenance),then analysis the target of minimum consumption in the operation of the equipment,how to choose the mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance strategy and corresponding maintenance mode.Finally,base on 22 hard disk drive test equipment line as sample from a foreign enterprise,collect the statistical equipment downtime,study hard disk test equipment shutdown characteristics and rules.Do analysis the fatal fault point and FMECA(fault mode,effect and criticality analysis),according to RCM logic decision.Through hierarchical analysis method determine the hard disk test equipment maintenance and repair strategies.Then according to the maintenance strategy,the state monitoring technology of hard disk test equipment system is applied and developed,which improves the operation reliability of the hard disk test equipment,and improves the operation efficiency of S enterprise.The results show that RCM has a significant improvement in the maintenance efficiency of hard disk test equipment.It has a broad development prospects in the maintenance management of S enterprises.
