Moving Target Detection and relocation is a hot topic in the area of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and plays an important role in both martial field and civilian field. This dissertation studies thoroughly the techniques of MTD, Analyzes the effect of clutter on moving target detection. Innovatively searches the better clutter restrain method, and tries to solve the difficulties of low speed target detection. The major devotement of this dissertation as follows.1. Setting up the model of moving target echoes, the dissertation discusses in detail the effect of moving target Doppler center frequency and Doppler rate on the conventional SAR image.2. Studying deeply the multi-antenna SAR MTDI based on displaced phase center antenna (DPCA), Setting up the model and. Then its mathematical model is set up and its validity is proved by computer simulation results. In the following, a new processing method of using three-antenna to detect, locate and image moving target is proposed based on DPCA theory. This method can not only suppress ground clutter effectively and detect moving target but also locate accurately azimuth position of moving target and estimate its velocity.3. Studying deeply SAR MTDI on time-frequency plane. Qualitatively and quan- titatively analyseing the periodicity of SAR echoes data in WVD, studying the charact- eristic of single point, multi-point and plane target. Proposeing a new method to clutter restrain and multi-moving target detection based on FrFT.
