| Assembly is the last tache and one of the most important tache in the making process. The quality and efficiency of assembly have fatally affected for the quality, capability and efficiency of aero-engine in the help of existed design and making craft of aero-engine.The assembly of aero-engine is usually completed manually, so the precision and the stabilization of assembly all depend on the craft and experience of workmen. The aero-engine has many parts and numbers of model standard and they are very similar. What's more, the craft of assembly is very complex. All these give the wrong and leak assembly chance to happen from time to time;hence the quality and efficiency of assembly become lower and lower.Taking the aero-engine as the studying object, aiming to guide and manage the working process of assembly, this paper researched some key technology of digital assembly and founded the assembly digital system which is used for improving the quality and efficiency of assembly.The main research contents of this paper as follows:Firstly, this paper studied the method of picking-up information from CAD and the browse technology for parts of three dimension, and this point is done aimed to solve the non-intuitionistic problem when the workmen assembly according to the paper rules and dual- dimension. This paper also exported the STL model of parts and the sequence and path of assembly from CAD. In order to demonstrate intuitionisticly to guide workmen to assembly, the model of parts were shown in OpenGL and the assembly process of aero-engine was also shown with OpenGL and multi-thread.Secondly, aiming at the defect of present paper assembly record table going against managing, this paper also analysed the structure character of assembly record table, founded the data structure for universal e-table management, transformed the information in record table into structure data, so assembly workmen can query expediently and the record table management come true.Thirdly, aiming at present assembly process's executing status short of control, the assembly craft was connected to the check information in assembly record table, and this was took as the node information in the assembly process controlling. So thequality and efficiency of assembly can be controlled very well.Lastly, this paper analysed the process of selective assembly, and designed the interface to SAP of software ERP. Taking the radial and profile clearance among driver gear, slave gear and cover component as example, this paper founded the math model of selective assembly, implemented selective assembly arithmetic based on Genetic Algorithms. By using it in company, this arithmetic can solve the problem of selective assembly. |
