The Design And Realization Of Digital Sample House Customizing System Based On Network

The research originated from pioneering project of High Technology Plan of the National Department of Technology "Network Supporting System of Digital Product Innovative Development" (Grant No. 2005AA414020) and "The Research of Key Technology of 3D Digital Customization Design for Informational Electronic Products" (Grant No. 2002AA411120) .With the analysis of real estate development, aiming at the existing problems and the trend of individual characteristic demand for living space, and for the purpose of more swift and efficient industry chain with lower cost by integrating real estate related industry, the Digital Sample House Customizing System (DSHCS) was constructed with the reforms of traditional real estate industry using Mass Customization theories, E-business, Internet and Virtual Reality.In the thesis, it was discussed that applying e-business on real estate and then a whole new business model was brought up. The functional requirement of the DSHCS was analyzed on the basis of customization theories and e-business. Then the framework of the system was constructed. The thesis focused on the key technology of the system-Real-Time Rendering such as advancing the effect of real-time rendering using programmable characteristic of Graphic Processing Unit and the performance of real-time rendering engine in material realization, and some fruitful results were acquired. And finally, the design thought, method and feasibility of technology were verified by the instance of house customization which also brought significant effects for future research and development.
