Usually,when we study the relation between the exteral force to the machine and and themachine movement ,the starting component works at known consant speed,or we assume that thestarting component works at known consant speed. But,taking the pumping unit for example,theactual movement rule is that starting component works in the control of the quality and rotaryinertia of all the component .Only when the actual starting component movement rule isconfirmed,the real movement of other component can be obtained.It is very important to themachine design or the performance analysis of the existing machine. The paper study the quantitive relation between the exteral force and the machinemovement ,and explore the actual rule of the machine movement by the knowledge ofkinematics and dynamics. From the point of field application,we take type CYJ10-3-53HB beam pumping unit forexample ,appeal to the knowledge of kinematics, dynamics,iteration and differencemethod,programme with Visual Basic,study out the parameter of velocity,acceleration and cranktwisting moment of the pumping unit,scale the motion and dynamic parameter.At last,fix controlequipment on the base of analysis. The paper found one dimensional module of pumping rod,benefit to the wokingperformance of the pumping unit. The method can study out the real movement of machine with exteral force, we can designcontrol equipment to improve the kinematics, dynamics performance.
