| Electric fuel pump is an important part of automobile fuel feed system, which absorbs fuel from fuel tank and provide it to the air crocks of engine by fuel injection. So the quality of electric fuel pump will affect automobile running condition directly. Electric fuel pump can not disassembled after assembly and it needn't servicing, so effective on-line quality testing is very necessary.I have designed a experimental platform for quality testing in manufacture process under a corporation commission. I also applied for a patent for my designs,the patent number is 200510019278.4.This paper mainly talks about some aspects as follows:(l)Study the automobile fuel supplies's structure principle, analyze the dynamoelectric fuel pump assemble quantity quality's influence to the automobile fuel, Get to carry on the necessity of the quantity examination in the dynamoelectric fuel pump production line. (2)Analyze the dynamoelectric fuel pump electricity brushes assemble process's influence to whole function of the dynamoelectric fuel in quantity problem and the assemble quantity problems of possible emergence.(3)Design the dynamoelectric fuel pump electricity brushes assemble quality checking experiment's mechanical part, and carry on imitatting, to make sure that the machine design project possibility. (4)Design the dynamoelectric fuel pump electricity brushes assemble quality checking experiment's automatic control part, it includes the hardware design and the software designs two big part. (5)Analyzed the design shortage within process part, and further put forward reasonable of improvement project.The configuration of this platform is very rational and it has favorable man-machine interface.On one hand ,it can be used in on-linequality testing ,on the other we can gain many data by adjusting parameter-adjust machine and it can provide many effective testing parameter to optimize the performance of electric fuel pump.The equipments have been put into production and done well. |
