Temperature fields and offset arrangement of displacement sensors are natural characteristics on a magnetic suspended rotors system. Thesis content contains experimental study on the temperature fields of magnetic suspended rotors system. By study on temperature fields of a magnetic suspended rotor system. The reason on temperature fields and rapid temperature rise of a magnetic suspended will be found. Rapid temperature rise will influence the characteristic of displacement sensors which will affect the characteristics of the precision of rotor displacement measure. The precision of rotor displacement will affect directly the control precision of a magnetic suspended rotor. So the temperature study on magnetic suspended rotors is very important. It is an experimental basis of study on magnetic suspended rotors in future.The thesis introduce AMB(active magnetic bearing) rotor products characteristics ,working principle, application in modern industry and development status and design product of a active magnetic bearing importance of analysis of temperature fields for AMB rotors. From the principle experimental device is design to test the temperature fields and offset arrangement of the displacement sensor. Experiment result testify displacement senor have great offset arrangement. With working environment temperature rise displacement senor linearity error add rapidly. By experiment result of offset arrangement of the displacement the way is get to compensate the offset arrangement of displacement senor as temperature.
