The use of the prestressed concrete hollow slabs came from the 1930s, and now it has already reached a very high level. At present, many tall buildings have been built in China because of the constant development of economy, a lot of large-scale civil buildings such as marketplace, office building, industrial building need long-span and heavy load structure. So the traditional prefabricate structure has been already unable to satisfy the constant increasing need because of the shortcomings of short-span and low intensity concrete. If we don't change the performance of the former prefabricate structure, it will be very swift that the prefabricate structure will be eliminated. Besides, the commodity concrete's high development, the technology of concrete pump sending popularization and the development of nobonded presterss technology accelerate the shrink of prefabricate structure. A series of post-tensioned long-span high intensity prestressed concrete hollow slabs are designed according to the analysis of current situation. And 3 prototype tests of high strength prestressed concrete hollow slabs are done to validate the structure performance. The main work is as follows:1. A series of newly post-tensioned long-span high intensity prestressed concrete hollow slabs are designed firstly.2. Three prototype tests of different span and different bar arrangements are done to validate the structure performance of the high strength prestressed concrete hollow slabs which adopts C60 high strength concrete and high uniform elongation and low relaxation high strength strand.3. Comprehensive analysis on structure performance is done combined the prototype tests of high strength prestressed concrete hollow slabs. The limit capability, craze status and deformation are tested by static test. Whether the slab shape, the scheme of steel laying, the capacity or the stiffness of the structure are all better than the traditional hollow slab on the analysis combined the experiment data and theory, and the locale need will be easy reached because of the post-tensioned method.The design method given in this paper is of some practical meaning, and it gives scientific research basis for the application of post-tensioned large-span high strength prestressed concrete hollow slabs in the civil engineering and valuable experience for the further research. And because it has not example of research on civil engineering, the paper deems that the research has some meanmg of initiate and some value of generalize.
