Abstract/Summary:
Post tensioned prestressed concrete hollow slab(PTPCHS) is one of high strength prestressed concrete hollow slab,and its construction performance is still unknown yet.The paper tries to reaseach deformation behavior and crack resistance of PTPCHS through adopting a method of theory analysis combined with experiment and finite element analysis.The research is based on previous study on deformation and crack of partially prestressed concrete beam in order to draw up a pattern book lately and guarantee its application in engineering.The primary work are done as following:1. Based on the deformation process of prestressed concrete hollow slab, deformation behavior of PTPCHS is analyzed from several aspects such as prestress ratio, prestressing loss and nonprestressed reinforcement. The deformation behavior of PTPCHS is generalized according to deformation experiment. By comparing of experiment and concrete code, a design suggestion of deflection calculation of PTPCHS is put forward after discussing the deflection formula in the code.2. Crack formation mechanics and crack closing of post tensioned prestressed concrete hollow slab is analyzed, then, crack formation characteristics is inducted based on the results of experiment. A suggestion on crack controlling design of PTPCHS is presented, considering crack closing .3. On the base of theory and experiment, the physical mode of PTPCHS is established by ANSYS, load operation and solution are done subsequently. Load —deflection curve, crack load, ultimate load bearing etc. are achieved through emulative calculation. Compared with experiment, the deformation behavior and crack resistance of PTPCHS are verified by means of numerical simulation.The research proves that post tensioned prestressed concrete hollow slab own fine deformation behavior and crack resistance. The suggestion on deflection and crack controlling recommended in this paper are beneficial to design optimization of PTPCHS. Post tensioned prestressed concrete hollow slab has good prospects in engineering experience as an excellent precast slab.
