Experimental Study On Saving Energy Of HPB-Ⅲ Biomass Briquetting Machine

With energy shortages and the serious environmental pollution, as a sort of renewable energy,biomass energy resources are payed more attention to by many countries in the world and the related technologies develop very fastly.HPB-III biomass briquetting machine reasearched by Henan Agriculture University is one kind of biomass densification equipments.Through the experiment site long-term movement and the massive experiments,we discovered the briquetting machine has the certain energy conservation potential.By the energy consumption test and the analysis, the article proposed the concrete measure of saving-energy and reducing energy consumption,providing the technical support for the new equipment development.The game is that the briquetting technology can better adapt the market,and the products have competition superiority to the conventional energy source.This paper has made the theoretical analysis and massive experimental studies,and draws some conclusion as follows:(1) This article provides one method for the energy consumption analysis of HPB-series biomass briquetting machine.(2) Through the energy consumption test and the analysis, The article proposed the concrete measure of saveing-energy and reducing energy consumption,providing the technical support for the new equipment development. In the heating system ,the heating cover and the heating preservation cotton should be made a body,the power of the heating cover shoulde be used adequately. In the feeding-in system,the shape of the feeding-in facility changes headstand four-pyramid by the headstand cone,it may prevent the appearance of the dead angle and increase the feeding-in quantity. In the hydraulic system,uniting the actual movement situation,the limit switch may be used to control whether the precompression rammer arrives the right position instead of the pressure switch,and we can promptly discovere whether the precompression room exists stopping-up situation and take the corresponding measure.(3) The article discussed relations between the management pattern and the system energy conservation, and briefly elaborated the administrative intervention business...
