| In this paper, Fuzzy control of reheat steam temperature based on the perturbation analysis is presented, it's final purpose is restraining the large perturbation of reheat steam temperature in order to resolve the problem which PID control can not output a over-larger value to restrain the perturbation. Firstly according the dynamic performance of the reheat steam temperature object, build the dynamic math models with the mechanism analysis method, and educe the relationship between the object model and the perturbation model. Secondly analyze the output figure, based on the frontal conclusion of the model, adopt fuzzy expert control arithmetic to estimate the control value and the effect which perturbation bring to the system. Fuzzy parallel PID method is applied in this paper, it is a non-continuous control which imitate the plant person's operation, and avoid the unstable problem in a certain extent caused by fuzzy control continuous operation. Simulation results show that the control strategy of this paper had the stronger anti-perturbation ability, and improved the dynamic property of reheat steam temperature control system. |
