Reheater is one of the main equipment for large power station boiler, the pros and cons of reheater’s temperature control performance will be directly related to economic operation of electric power industry and safety production. Especially, when with large units to participate in power grid peak shaving, reheater temperature control system performance is facing a higher request.To advance the power plant boiler reheat steam temperature control quality and improve its control technology, robust Hoo technology for boiler reheat steam temperature control system, based on nonlinear state space model, was discussed. By modeling the system with nonlinear uncertainty time-delay state space model, using robust Hoo technology, a state variable controller was designed. The results were described by linear matrix inequalities. On this basis, the reheater observer state feedback steam temperature control system of H-infinity state variables robust reheat steam temperature control strategy, and gives the corresponding simulation analysis to verify the possibility of system design.
