Research On Transmission Loss Allocation Method And Its Application In Electricity Market

With the rapid development of electric power industry, especially since the regional electricity markets' spring up, power exchanges are more and more frequent between provinces. In market environment, cost of transmission loss is paid more and more attention by each electric power companies, how to reasonably evaluate every market member's responsibility of transmission loss, how to manage and reduce the cost of loss have become questions that the electric power companies pay close attention to. This article starts with several typical transmission loss allocation methods of domestic and international, analyzes and compares the principles, advantages and shortcomings of them . According to the problems met during the organization of regional power network and regional electricity market, such as wheeling loss compensation, generation biding converting with loss, choosing of power sources to supply outside local area, this text provides solution models and plans respectively. finally, with further investigation to the nodal power sharing principle, proves the sufficient and necessary conditions of original proportional sharing principle, point out that the power flow tracing should base on the complex sharing principle of node power, and provides methods for power flow tracing and transmission loss allocation which are based on complex power sharing principle.
