The traditional distribution GIS system usually takes apart the spatial andattribute data . Not easy to maintain and of low efficiency are Shortcomings of thisconstruction. Besides , present distribution GIS systems are lack of high-levelapplication , and can rarely provide a real-time system condition for operators . Aimedat defects as mentioned above , This article offers a data model that based on oracleobject-relational mode . This model not only integrates the spatial data and attributedata , but also provide a possibility for the high-level application . When maintain theconsistence and integrality , it makes the application program simpler and extensible . Inthe end , the article gives a instance of power-flow calculation to explain how to extenda needed function , then proves the validity and efficiency of our model.
