Research Of Power Transmission Network Planning Model And Arithmetic In The Electricity Market Environment

Power transmission network planning is an important problem of the electricity marketresearch field. The paper analyzes the developments and new challenges of the networkplanning in the electricity market environment in details. The paper summarizes networkplanning models and proposes the network planning framework for the design under marketconditions.It is necessary to consider the expansion of lines to eliminate congestion. The paper putsforward a new network planning method to compare the costs of congestion that haveassessed with the costs of constructing new lines. Finally the method is used for programmingGarver-6 node network planning. The results indicate that the method is reasonable andeffective.
