The research in this paper is part of the project of 'the Technology of reinforceing Harbor Engineering RC Structures by CFRP'.In chapter of exordium, the mechanism of RC Structures corroded in ocean environment and the technology of corrosion protection and repairing nowadays were firstly generalized. Then the development, the construction techniques, the technical characteristics and the research and application of the technology of reinforceing RC structures by CFRP were introduced particularly. At last, the details of the study in this paper were simply introduced.Based on the salt solution pickling test, alkali solution pickling test and accelerated aging test, the mechanical properties of CFRP under corrosive environment was studied in chapter 2. The stress-strain curve of CFRP was analyzed and the significance of mechanical properties of CFRP was tested. The test results indicate that CFRP showed good corrosion resistance. The tensile strength of CFRP had no significant change in the corrosive environments. The extensibility of CFRP had significant changes in the corrosive environments. The elastic modulus of CFRP had significant changes in the salt solution pickling condition and alkali solution pickling condition while had no significant changes in the accelerated aging condition.The shear behaviors of the accelerated corrosive RC beams reinforced by CFRP were studied in chapter 3. 18 beams were divided into six parts, which were 2 reference beams, 2 beams reinforced by CFRP, 2 preloaded beams reinforced by CFRP, 2 corrosive beams, 2 corrosive beams reinforced by CFRP and 8 preloaded corrosive beams reinforced by CFRP. The results showed after reinforced by CFRP, the extension of cracks was restricted, the shear carrying capacity was increased and the deformation was improved.Lastly, the results of the research were summarized. The defect of the tests and relevant improvement were analysed. And some advice for farther research was raised. |
