Cable-stayed bridge is a sort of antiquity again young cable bearing structure. Modern cable-stayed bridge has a history of almost fifty years. Since the Swedish Stromsund Bridge was built in 1956, the style of cable-stayed bridge changes with each passing day, and the crossover capability of it continually increase. Since the yunyang Bridge in Szechwan has been built in 1975, China has built 190 cable-stayed bridges with all kinds of styles. The experiences of design and construction are very abundance. Especially during the recent ten years, it goes on to the extra large span bridges develop, the main span have exceed 1000 meters, the situation is very well.Firstly, with respect to the engineering familiar single-tower symmetry cable-stayed bridge, the main structure styles of which that has been built or being built was listed in the paper. The paper brings up the difficulty caught in the design, according to the Binhai bridge in Jingzhou, analyzes the reasonable arrangement style of it, from the parameters of the length of no cable zone, the auxiliary pier, end anchored cable (the range of stiffness ratio between tower and beam), the height of the tower (the range of the angle of the guy cable) and the style of the beam, and do economy analysis of the binhai bridge add the guy cable or not . Afford the reference to the future engineering design in order to make the structure safe, economy and beauty. At last, the analysis weighting has been given to the structure styles of the Niaodao Bridge.Secondly, the paper introduces the feature of modeling the cable-stayed bridge construction and the method of the control of the construction. According to the distinctive feature of the Niaodao bridge, elaborate the construction control of the Niaodao bridge according to the dominance principle of rigid controlling the linearity and the stress of the cable support tower and the reasonability of the cable force control method of the cable force was strained three times to get the idea force.Set up the model of FEM, carry out the Niaodao bridge's construction analog calculation. Stress the determination of the tower's best linearism, the tower stress, and the jacking force during the construction of the tower, and present each several part's result. According to the implementation of the Niaodao Bridge's construction control, introduce the methods of the cable force control and tower displacement control and the taken measure.Lastly, make some conclusions in the basis of the contrast between calculated data and actual measurement data.
