With the rapid development of our country's transportation, many large-span bridgeshave been constructed. The cable-stayed bridge has been used as one of the most populartypes because of its advantages in structural behaviour, economy and beautiful facade etc.Partially cable-stayed bridge (short pylon cable-stayed) has been considered as a new type ofstructure in recent years, which is characteristic of the concentrative layout of short pylons,rigid beams and cables. As for structural properties,partially cable-stayed bridge ismulti-undetermined structure. Although it started later, Partially cable-stayed bridge has got agreat development in China. The first partially cable-stayed bridge: Wuhu long river bridgewas built in 2000, it also was the longest span partially cable-stayed bridge in the world. In2001.8, the first concrete partially cable-stayed bridge built called Zhangzhou combatreadiness bridge. After that, there has built some reasonable and novel partially cable-stayedbridges. It brings up the upsurge of build the partially cable-stayed bridge.Firstly, the paper based on the Puhe bridge,analyzes the reasonable arrangement style of it,from the parameters of the rigidity of the beam, the rigidity of the tower and the quantities ofcables,and computed both of static characteristic and dynamic characteristic. Afford thereference to the future engineering design in order to make the structure safe, economy andbeauty. At last, the analysis weighting has been given to the structure styles of the PuheBridge.Secondly, the paper introduces the feature of modeling the partially cable-stayed bridgeconstruction and the method of the control of the construction. According to the distinctivefeature of the Puhe bridge, elaborate the construction control of the Puhe bridge according tothe beam linearity and the reasonability of the cable force control method of the cable forcewas strained one time to get the ideal force.Set up the model of FEM, carry out the Puhe bridge's construction analog calculation.Present the order of stretch the cables and prestress strands, and each several part's result.Lastly, make some conclusions in the basis of the contrast between calculated data andactual measurement data.
