The Research Of Coastal Zone Entironment Construction And Rainwater Utilization

Coastal areas have very important economic significance in our country. However, with the rapid development of exploration, a series of entironment problems have occured, such as soil salty, flood, seawater intrusion, off-shore water quality degradation, urban heat island effect and so on. The degradation of ecosystem has a close relationship with the lack of water resources. The most effective way to restore the ecosystem is the rainwater utilization, which can prevent flood, increase the usable amount of water resource, avoid seawater intrusion, delay the ground sedimentation, doff soil salt, and recruit entironment water. It will greatly improve the entironment of the coastal areas as well as save high quality water resources.The paper has put forward a basic fundamental and technology system of entironment build. The urgent entironment problems are discussed and the effects of rainwater utilization on entironment are studied. Then, the reclaimed land of coastal area entironment effect model has been set up. Besides, the paper has established five patterns of rainwater utilization by analyzing the feasibility of rainwater utilization from aspects of water quality and water quantity. Put forward seven technic require items of rainwater utilization based on the direction concept of "integrated utilization must take precedence over draining."Benefits of entironment, economy and sociey in the reclaimed land of coastal area have been evaluated. The guarantee methods of rainwater utilization have been discussed based on policy and technology. Through establishing the entironment build modeling ,some in-depth questions for area entironment build have been abstracted by using field test\indoor simulation test numerical simulation. The ideal effect of the model also has been demonstrated.Taking offshore areas of Dalian city as an example, the paper has studied entironment building and rainwater utilization in Dalian free trade zone and Dalian limestone mine in different views. The utilizing time and available rainfall of rainwater collection has been determined by analyzing of the rainfall in Dalian area, which provides the basic calculating data of rainwater utilization. The rainwater collected from roads and greenbelt in Dalian free trade zone can meet the needs of their own, and the rainwater collected from other six areas, for example business area, can even recruit the resident and industy water.
