After the study of dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic mechanism and the finite element method, this paper build a 3D solid electromagnetic mechanism model of AC contactor with the analysis software ANSYS. By different electromagnetic static analysis methods, every discrete point of different location in the time process has been analyzed with 2D analysis method and Static Scalar Magnetic analysis method, Edge-Based Analysis method. On the basis of the work above, the analysis method of electromagnetic mechanism dynamic behavior is discussed. Moreover, design a contactor analysis user interface base on APDL and UIDL.Main studies are as follows:First, according to the finite element method, this paper completes the 3D static Scalar Magnetic analysis of twine E electromagnetic mechanism of CJ10-40 AC contactor. And it completes 3D Edge-Based Analysis and 2D analysis with far field element too.Secondly, on the basis of previous analysis results, this paper compare the result between difference analysis method and compare the value between simulation and test. The conclusion of comparing tell us, the trends of magnetic force curve between calculation and testing are consistent. At the points of tiny gaps ,the difference between the tow curves are greater than other points of bigger gaps.Thirdly, this paper design an AC contactor analysis system with tow ANSYS user interface design languages APDL and UIDL.With all the aspects stated above, one conclusion can be reached: finite element analysis software is a rapid developing new technology. By introducing it into the calculation of electromagnetic mechanism dynamic characteristics, this paper tries to find a way to renew the traditional apparatus design method. Using its analysis, real work environment can be emulated. Before the making of model machine, accurate performance parameters can be acquired. Therefore testing expenses may be cut, time of product development cycle may be shortened and performance index can be improved.
