In contrasting the quality of the domestic and foreign internal combustion engines burning analysis system synthetically, this paper embarks from the reality to develop a set of test system that functions practically, operates simply, has cheap price, and has strong promotion expansion ability. This set of system was compiled under the mature software and hardware platform, through the driver to realize the operation with the first floor hardware. Only needing to install this test analysis system on the ordinary computer system, and matching the corresponding data acquisition meter, it may realize the function. The promotion of the function needs to join the corresponding function modules in the original system, it does not need alter the hardware and driver. Therefore this system has thereinafter advantages that disposition and the promotion are agile, the hardware system invests slightly, cost of the entire system may be controlled.The exploitation and running of the entire wrap system are completely under the windows NT environment. This paper utilizes the translation environment of Visual C++ and Visual Basic 6.0 to develop a set of multi-thread and the real-time internal combustion engine data acquisition and analysis systems. This set of system can gather the pressure in the cylinder, the crank shaft position signal with the multi _channel equipment, and makes use of the gathering signal to recuperate, compute, analyze, store and plot and so on, finally obtains the understanding data and the picture which can be directly known by the person, furthermore, It enables each user to have the concrete understanding, and has a basic understanding according to the data of each kind of test which the system provides to measure in the engine work process and the air cylinder combustion condition. A series of analysis is advantageous to optimize the engine combustion organization and the structure.
