The R.C. special-shaped columns frame structure is one kind of new economical energies residential building which has only been researched in the recent 20 years.This structure system, adoption T- Shaped. L- Shaped and Cross(+) section of column, replaces to the traditional rectangle section column, with the lightweight material filler-wall replaces to the self-weight bigger filler-wall with soil brick. Frame columns inset the filler-wall , avoided the influence that the corner of the room columns outstanding to indoors view and take up the using space, make the use of construction space .At the same time, this structure has some advantages as the frame structure , such as arranging neatly, compacting easily etc, compacting easily etc, deeply welcoming by inhabitant and real estates company. This kind of structure has been popular used in Guangzhou, Tianjin, Shenzhen and Shanghai etc. The practice proved that the special-shapedcolumns frame structure special-shaped columns has obtained great society, economic andenvironment benefit.This paper take advantage of finite-element method analytical software ANSYS which has powerful function. In this paper, with the change of parameter of stringcourse and span by using building 3-D spatial analysis model, at the higher seismic fortification criterion region (7 degree of seismic fortification intensity) and four type site. It contrastive analysis dynamical characteristic (frequency, speak plausibly)of the R. C. special-shaped columns frame structure and rectangular columns frame structure, contrastive analysis transformative characteristic(layer of displacement next to axis interbedded displacement , angle of interbedded displacement) and distributing rule of internal force (next to axis, shearing force, crankle)of special-shaped columns frame method and contrastive analysis transformative characteristic and distributing rule of internal force of special-shaped columns frame structure and rectangular columns frame structure by history domain method when they are under earthquake effect. Special-shaped columns frame structure and rectangular columns frame structure .Finally, studying the nonlinear seismic response of R.C. special-shaped columns frame structure and rectangular columns frame, different ratio of axial compression of different stringcourse and span were analyzed by the program of this paper. Results indicate:(l)Based on equal area, the special-shaped columns replaced the rectangle columns the structural lateral rigidity enlarges , the lateral displacement reduced obviously , the earthquake response decrease slightly, the biggest of frame columns axis-compress ratio is smaller than 0.12 , the whole anti-seismic performance of structure has improved:(2)In the higher seismic fortification criterion region (7 degree of seismic fortification intensity), four type building site, adopting special-shaped columns structure system, should reduce possibly the building1 s self-weight and make lay of the building more symmetrical in order to reduce the earthquake response.
