Reformation Research And Softwear Development Of Existing Heating Residential Building

In the last twenty years, among the world construction developing tide energy efficiency in buildings has grown into one of the great important hotspots and main mark of building technician advancement and crucial tache in sustainable development stratagem. Thus it's of great importance to study on energy efficiency in existing bulidings for impelling the development of energy efficiency in buildings working.According to the case of "Planning of Energy efficiency in buildings of Qin Huang Dao in 2015", this thesis studies the method on energy efficiency in existing bulidings.On the base of the planning ,software named Architecture Energy Efficiency Analyse System (AEEAS) has been developed, which can help compiler accomplish the work of energy efficiency reconstruction in existing bulidings efficiently and accurately. The main results can be summarized as follows:1. The method of energy efficiency reconstruction in existing bulidings facing management is studied, meanwhile, the scope of energy efficiency reconstruction in existing bulidings, judging principle, perambulating content are dicussed;in addition, reconstructing technology , checking and accepting of energy efficiency reconstruction in existing bulidings and management implementing method of existing bulidings are put forward.2. The part of energy efficiency reconstruction in existing bulidings in "Planning of Energy Efficiency in Buildings of Qin Huang Dao in 2015" which has passed the comment of expert committee on November 18 in 2004 is finished.This planning is of great importance to the development of energy efficiency in existing bulidings in Qin Huang Dao.3. AEEAS software is developed, which faces the managers who take up energy efficiency in bulidings .The development of this software adopts the programme designing technology facing object. The system was designed by Visual Basic software,which includes all data analyses work in the compilation and has functions of data analyses and figure drawing .4. Using AEEAS software,this thesis studies the actuality and analyses the foreground of energy efficiency in existing bulidings of Qin Huang Dao,which afford the technical sustainment of energy efficiency reconstruction in existing buildings.
