Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has achieved rapid development,and while the economy has grown steadily,the urbanization process has also accelerated.Under the background of steady economic growth,the stock of existing buildings in Heyuan area is also increasing year by year.The total energy consumption of existing buildings is increasing year by year.They have the disadvantages of high energy consumption,low efficiency and poor indoor thermal environment.It is extremely urgent to carry out energy-saving renovation of these existing buildings.This paper takes the existing buildings in Heyuan area as the research object,and adopts research and analysis methods such as drawing drawings,field visits,photo records and computer simulations.In the existing buildings in Heyuan area,the most residential buildings with the largest number and the widest distribution are included.And the existing office buildings,two typical buildings were selected for energy-saving diagnosis and energy-saving transformation potential analysis,and then through computer dynamic simulation,summed up the energy-saving transformation technology route suitable for existing buildings in Heyuan area.1)Investigate the basic situation of existing residential buildings and existing public buildings(including residential,office,hotel,commercial,comprehensive,education,hospitals,etc.)in Heyuan area,and conclude that the main surface of existing buildings in Heyuan area is There are two types of residential buildings and existing office buildings.The basic information of various existing buildings,the form of the envelope structure,the shading of the outer window and other data were collected.Then the statistical analysis was used to analyze the data,and the current status of energy conservation of existing buildings in Heyuan area was obtained.Based on the statistical data on the energy consumption of existing buildings carried out by the Heyuan City Housing and Construction Bureau,it is concluded that the office buildings are the main types of existing public buildings in the area.2)According to the data and data obtained from the survey,two main existing building types in Heyuan area were selected as research objects,and four typical buildings were selected as computer energy consumption simulation objects,and the building energy consumption simulation software DeST was used to compare and evaluate.The method of energy-saving diagnosis of typical buildings shows that the four typical buildings are non-energy-saving buildings,which shows that the energy-saving status of existing buildings in Heyuan area is not optimistic.3)On the basis of energy-saving diagnosis of existing buildings in Heyuan area,analyze the energy-saving potential of four typical buildings in Heyuan area in terms of external walls,roofs and external windows,and combine the common energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in summer hot and warm winter areas.The technology analyzes the energy-saving retrofit technical route for the existing buildings in Heyuan area,and analyzes the energy-saving rate of this energy-saving retrofit technical route through the computer energy consumption simulation software DeST.Provide technical reference and theoretical guidance for the energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in Heyuan area.
