Along with the fast development of automobile industry, the total amount of vehicle is increasing quickly. This condition results in that traffic accidents occur frequently, which not only threatens people's lives safety but also results in enormous economy loss. How to use computer technique to deal with traffic accidents efficiently, fairly, exactly and how to absorb experiences from these traffic accidents have become a research task containing important society meaning. This paper regards vehicle as research object and bases on reasonable suppositions. In the paper, relevant mechanics theories such as kinetic energy theorem, momentum theorem and so on are applied to establish respective collision models for different collision types and discuss the velocities before and after collisions. For reconstructing the vehicle movement process after collision, the paper considers the factors of accessional brake moment and accessional turning moment and applies kinetics theories to set up two-wheel movement simulation models respectively for braking vehicle and non-braking vehicle. On the basis of more perfect four-wheel movement simulation models, the paper offers a package of software regarding movement simulation after vehicle collision which make use of Visual Basic 6.0. In addition, a set of parameter optimization method based on computer circulation iteration is introduced in the software. The parameter optimization method which regards the actual vehicle stop position as target could increase the calculation accuracy of the software.By applying the software to actual accidents analysis, a result consisting with truth could been gained. So, the software could reconstruct vehicle collision process exactly and have practice value.
