Along with power electronics technology and computers rapid development, the circuit analysis and the design method has had the significant revolution. Has widely applied take computers as the foundation electronic design automation technology to the circuit and in the system design. It changed take the quota estimate and the electric circuit experiment as the foundation traditional design method, becomes one of modern circuitry design essential technical, is the essential tool and the method.The circuit simulation tool is take the circuit theory, the value computational method and the computer technology as the foundation realization. It take the circuit theory as the basis, uses the appropriate mathematical model and the simulation algorithm, is high speed and the high efficiency using the computer memory and picture processing, completes the concrete circuit the simulation. It does not need any actual device, with each kind of function application procedure which designs in advance has substituted for the massive instruments measuring appliance. The circuit designer also may carry on each kind of analysis, the computation and the potency through these application procedures, completes the special circuit design.This article based on PSpice simulation tool, to power electronics component the open-loop system, the closed-loop system carries on the modeling and simulation. In the component modeling and simulation, in detail has analyzed the power diode, IGBT, the transformer characteristic and have established the PSpice model. The detailed theoretical analysis and the PSpice simulation analysis have been carried on the boost converter and the phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS-PWM the DC/DC Converter in open loop system. It has provided the reliable basis for the circuit parameter choice and the design by the simulation analysis. In order to speed up the simulation process, has established the SG1524B chip behavior model according to the switching power controller behavior in closed-loop system. It effectively reduced the simulation time.
