| Donghai Bridge Project is the important accompanying project of the first project of Shanghai International Shipping Center (Distr. Yangshan Deepwater Port), furnishing the service for the requirements such as concentration, distribution and transportation on land of the containers of the Yangshan Deepwater Port, water supply, electricity supply and communication. It is the first time for our country to design cross-sea bridge with the standard criterion term of 100 years. Because the base of the lower-part structure is mostly in the material of steel , a complete set of safe, reliable, economical, reasonable and internationally advanced anti-corrosion plan must be made, to effectively resist to eroding of the steel tube base in all sides, then to guarantee the requirement on the bridge project of 100-year design standard criterion term.This paper finds the key points in anti-corrosion of steel pipe pile, through the analysis of the corrosive mechanism of steel pipe pile and the characteristics of ocean corrosion. It identifies the designing reason of the East Sea Bridge's anti-corrosion plan of steel pipe pile, through the detailed analysis of the anti-corrosion measures adopted by steel structure and the study on the anti-corrosion measures ofsteel pipe pile of the present national large-sized open-sea terminal.Through the analysis of the natural condition of the bridge area, the East Sea Bridge's anti-corrosion plan of steel tube base is identified, i.e. the concrete area of steel tube base and the fluctuating area of water level adopt the protection of sacrificial anode and the united protection measures of anti-corrosion layer of epoxy heavy corrosion prevention coating, and the lower areas of water and mud adopt the protection of sacrificial anode. The term of efficacy lasts 35 years every time, and the requirement of durability of 100 years is reached through changing sacrificial anode for 2 times.This paper will find its functions and values of reference for the future cross-sea bridges and open-sea ports in choosing the plan of durability and designing the plan of anti-corrosion. |
