The research of unsaturated soil will be one of the keystones in geotechnical engineering range in twenty-first century. On the base of the existent theories, in this paper, make use of the planar saturated-unsaturated flow of groundwater simulation software to simulate seepage of the water electricity station's downriver slope in southwest in China under the condition of surface infiltration;depending on seepage calculating, compiled the program from the data of flowing calculation to stable analytical and the program of unsaturated stable analyze to soil slope;In the assembled of saturated-unsaturated seepage and unsaturated stability analysis to carry on integration with, drew up the program of the instantaneous system for soil slope saturated-un saturated seepage and the stability analysis under surface infiltration.Three researches and the main results as follows:1) Simulating for saturated-unsaturated seepage. The change of matric suction are analyzed in detail in the unsaturated area and on the section of their vertical, their normal, their radial on downstream slope under flood discharge or rainfall infiltration, making statistics analysis towards flood discharge scope according to the existent data and studying the scope of saturated (transient saturated) area;the influence on seepage field by the relatively impervious layers is studied also. Making contrast analysis among the different infiltration types, flood discharge and rainfall infiltration are different on infiltration intensity and infiltration type.2) Stability analysis for unsaturated soil slope. The stability factors are accounted at different moment by the moisture content and matric suction on grid points. Studied on the change of stability factors with time and the equation between stability and time is linear regression for rainstorm. The conception of rainfall capacity and stability factor-rainfall capacity are defined, rainfall capacity means together effect by rain intensity and rain time. To the typical critical sliding surface, the stability factors are calculated for different rain intensity and rain time, making binary linear regression and getting equation between stability factor and rain intensity and rain time, then accounting the coefficient of rainfall capacity. The method of divided water from soil for accounting soil strips gravity is put forward and studied, pore pressure coefficient is discussed also and this definition is extended unsaturated region.3) Instantaneous system for soil slope saturated-unsaturated seepage and the stability analysis. On the base of saturated-unsaturated seepage under surface infiltration and stability analysis for unsaturated soil slope, drew up the program of the instantaneous system for soil slope saturated-unsaturated seepage and the stability analysis under surface infiltration. This system can simulate saturated-unsaturated seepage, get stability factors of soil slope by own program, predict slope stability by regression equation and weather forecast, predict hazard weather in reverse.
