New Technology And Its Engineering Application Of Consolidated Sand Anchorage With Prestressed Bolt

Based on the reseaches on prestressed bolt at home and abroad, the manufacture craft and anchor installation mechanism of the sand consolidated prestressed bolt are systematically studied. Combined with anchor installation mechanism, this paper discusses on the granulated substance barrel structure, the anchor rod design method and the construction craft and so on.According to actual test result based on anchorage granulated substance body compactness and the anchor span friction distributed regularity obtained by using the stress measuring technique, a more thorough understanding of the anchorage anchor mechanism has been acuired. With room experiment and field test, on the basis of the analysis of anchorage prestressed anchor rod anchor mechanism, in view of insufficiency of wooden seal in traditional sand consolidated prestressed bolt technology, one kind of new seal - rigid seal which overcome the shortcomings of wooden seal such as lack material selection, tedious manufacture procedure, uncertain immersion time etc.is proposed to substitute wooden seal.Through field drawing experiments, the demolition vibration test and the long-term observation, anchor performance of sand consolidated prestressed bolt with rigid seal has been further confirmed. The field test indicates that the improved sand consolidated prestressed bolt has the superior performance to the former. Not only because its construction craft is simple, and the operation is easy, but also because the pre-stressed can be exerted several minutes after installation. Therefore, it has the great significance in the emergency disaster relief project or speeding up the big-scale construction progress aspect specially.
