The test and control system is the central portion of the multiphase flow test stand. Its research has special important theories and actual meaning for enhancing hydraulic machinery efficiency and lightening hydraulic machinery eclipse and increasing stability and water conservancy energy economic performance.Because of some problems about money, the former multiphase flow test stand for the fluid machinery key. laboratory of Sichuan province adopts some old equipment and provides with lesser primary parameters of the set system and does not consider work condition for the PIV test, and so on. It can not achieve requirement of the test today, especially meet to bigger model machine. So, the study of the thesis devotes to improve the former test stand.The thesis puts out the preparatory reconstruction design project after calculating and analyzing the hydraulic loss and indicating questions of the test stand and searching measures of decreasing the resistance lossand designing work condition for the PIV test. The function of the test and control system is analyzed in detail. The thesis makes deep study on this system design. It improves the hardware and software of the test and control system of the stand after introducing to modern control technologies of Virtual Instrument System and the control software, and chooses Test and Control Software based on Sanwei corporation LIKONG software and powerful superiority and facility Delphi tool applying to database. After calculating and analyzing the test data, it exports the result by the report and the chart. In the end, after analyzing the error of the stand, it acquires the synthesis error for the energy and the cavitation, and the test parameters of the stand. The chief error of the turbine model test check and the waterpower of the energy test and the Renault number accord with the relevant regulation.By increasing the water pump power and the portion pipeline area, the research greatly decreases the hydraulic loss and enhances the most test waterpower and flux. The control system is more automated. The data processing veracity and automatization is more improved and enhances the precision of the system...
