Study On The Lubricating System Test Stand Of Heavy Truck's Gearbox

The profound study of test and theory about every part of automobiles forimproving the performances of national products is of very important meaning fordeveloping the national automobile industry. Gear box is a key part of automobiletransmission systems. Its properties have effects on the performances directly.The remarking of heavy truck's gearbox's lubricating performance is adifficult task for the gearbox's designer, You don't know whether it has problemsand if have ,what problems, and how to resolve the problems. Then take thelubricating test is a direct and affective method.The lubricating test criterion is not available in our country now.The recent transmission performance test stand can execute the fatigue test,but can't take the test that imitate the real time status when the truck in two angles(left-right and up-down) and identified temperature.So develop the lubricating test stand is very important.To fill the FAW's developing demand of the heavy truck 's gear box,considering the importance of gear box's performance and referred to SMTcompany's test stand and advanced test stand criterion's in foreign countries wecompleted the project with the cooperation of FAW R&D center.This article has done research work to following parts.1. Lubricant automatic constant temperature control.The lubricant temperature should be controlled strictly under the lubricatingperformance test. In the whole process of the test, the temperature should beguaranteed at the set parameter. In this study, temperature was controlled by fuzzycontroller with intelligent integral compensation.The fuzzy controller had good performance than PID control, intelligentPID control etc in the area of temperature control.2. The rotate speed control. The gear box's rotate control is important in thetest too. In this study we used the high performance transducer to control the rotatespeed, and adjusted by the computer watching system.3. The computer watching system.The computer watching system's functions are: control the transducer bycommunicating, control the blower and heater by fuzzy method, data real-timeacquisition and processing, save and printing etc.The test stand have good performance in the lubricating performance test.
