| The large-scale metallurgical construction has some features such as strong independent character on other project, complicated engineering structure and the construction technique , constructed by many construction units and long construction period, the level of its process management will influence the quality of the metallurgical project and the product of the business enterprise seriously as early as possible hurl to produce. This paper discussed the management system of the large-scale metallurgical construction, putting forward two kinds of progress control methods of the large-scale metallurgical construction, in order to provide new way of thinking and the method for our country of the large metallurgy business enterprise carrying on the progress control.From the angle of proprietor, the paper analyzed the proprietor to carry on the management system and the method of the large-scale metallurgical. Then taking each actual opening dates of work preface as unknown parameter, making use of the strong function of the MATLAB GA toolbox, the paper carried on work to how to realize the problem of resource balanced and optimized with the limited period using GA. Secondly, based on fuzzed network planning, the paper put forward the new concept of fuzzed milestone affairs, realized the fuzzed milestone affairs technique, and considered that the moved regular pattern of the fuzzed milestone affairs marches Markov process, then established the forecasted model of the fuzzed milestone affairs and do computer simulation, so as to provide the macroscopically method for proprietor to process controlling. Thirdly, the paper used for reference of the process controlling parameter ofthe large-scale metallurgical construction-generalization process index, andestablished the grey metabolism GM(1,1) model whose original data is actual generalization process index for predicting the prospective data, then used the forecasted data and planned generalization process index data to control process which respectivelypresent the actual productivity level and ideal productivity level, in order to provide the microscopically method for proprietor to process controlling. Then, the paper programmed M-file in MATLAB and respectively realized the forecasted model of the fuzzed milestone affairs and the grey metabolism GM{\,\) model, accomplished the easy operability of the models. Finally, the paper used the practical datum from Bao-Steel Group proves the practicability and the usability of the model. |
