| Along with the development of urban social economy, urban spatial stucture expense expands unceasingly. This brings the big impact for the natural ecological environment more and more. Ecological environment questions of city are to a great extent because of unreasonable development of urban spatial stucture, so discussing the relations between urban spatial structure and the natural ecological environment is an important topic. The dissertation chooses example of Xi'an city. Form epistemology aspect, analysing the relation between urban space expansion and natural ecological factor, Form methodology aspect, discussing how to protect and use natural ecological factor during urban space expansion. From the technological means aspect, applying the ecology principle to urban planning and the construction. Expecting to promotes Xi'an city and its the regional ecological system coordinated development with nature has a benefit.The dissertation consists of tow parts mainly. Under reviewing the research of the domestic and foreign city spatial structure shape as well as the correlation theories to its feedback base on the nature ecological vision in the part of elementary theory. Expliciting the function in the urban planning as well as theoretically should display and sets the goal and the principle, and the concept of natural ecological factor, establishing the content and the method of analyzing urban spatial structure form. In the part of example research, analyzing the causal relation between Xi'an urban spatial structure form and each kind of natural ecological factor and giving land suitability of ecological factors. Then analysising natural ecosystem service value, land suitability and ecology sensitivity in the development of Xi'an urban spatial structure form, and giving out comprehensive ecology district of urban spatial structure form. Finally, obtaining possible way of Xi'an urban spatial structure form.
