The requirement becomes higher for the electric locomotive maintenance technics and maintenance equipment, while the railway revolution develops comprehensively. The thesis designs a portable electronic control cabinet test system to improve the condition that the volume of test equipment is huge and test method is lack of efficiency. It makes sense of advancing the flexibility of electronic control cabinet test.There is no electronic control cabinet simulation board and the electronic control cabinet can' t be taken state diagnose. The thesis researches the diagnose method of electronic control cabinet and the simulation method which the electronic control cabinet is working on. The thesis selects the gray cognate analysis because it is based on the trend. It doesn' t need huge sample. It requires less distributing rules and arithmetic. It is suitable for the portable electronic control cabinet test system.The thesis analyses the characteristic of electronic control cabinet and the motor based on the model of traction motor. Then it sets up the model for the traction motor and deals with the key problem in traction motor simulation. The experiments ascertain the scheme. Eventually, it sums up the problems in the experiments and gives the resolution. The author also designs the hardware for the portable electronic control cabinet test system.In the end, the author compares the current embedding equipments. The thesis considers the utility and the simplicity of the equipment. The author takes out the scheme for selection of hardware and software and the correspondence between PC104 and DSP. The thesis gives the forecast forportable electronic control cabinet test system.
