Wuhan Urban Track Transporation Engineering Construction Technology Research

In the thesis, the present development situation of the domestic and international urban track transportation engineering is summarized. The urban track of our country has developed quickly in recent years, but it is still in the stage of supply short of demand. It can't satisfy the society 's increasing need, and we must grope for it further.According to actual engineering, engineering general situation and main technique standards of track transportation in No.1 line of Wuhan City is developed. To make railway clean and beautiful, we select the structure of integrater bed with short sleeper. The three working methods of it are also analyzed in detail in comparison with the merit and shortcoming of each other. Taken obtaining the best engineering performance as the principle, we select the fittest method of them.The flash welding method of K920 welding machine is presented including the Characteristics of welding machine, applied realm, technique principle and working methods. After our application, we have achieved the good social performance and economic performances.The control method of route surveying, application and technique of integrated bed, its size testing in little radius curves, the tenique of turnout with integrated bed are analyzed. All of these are the most important in our construction. How to select the fittest method for the destination of accuracy is also introduced.The safe problem is quite important. To finish the construction successfully, we organize reasonably, arrange meticulously and put theory into practice including establishing some related arrangement regulation.
