The Construction Key Technology And Application In Slab Track Of Urban Subway

On the background of the construction of prefabricated slab track in Shanghai Metro Line and on the basis of the technology comparison between metro traditional track construction and high-speed railway slab track construction,fully using the experience of high-speed railway slab track construction technology in metro construction.Firstly,change the traditional manual adjustment mode for track laying control points and introduce CPIII surveying technology of high-speed railway.Combine with the linear and spatial features of metro to design the track base control network,realize the aim of digital fine adjustment technology for metro prefabricated slab track.Secondly,combine with the features of metro prefabricated floating slab track,develop the complete set of construction technology of metro prefabricated floating slab track,which solve the problems of base elevation and develop the supporting software of fine adjustment and surveying for metro prefabricated floating slab track.Thirdly,combine with the design structure features of prefabricated ordinary slab track,fully absorb the construction technology of domestic CRTS ?Slab track of high-speed railway,realize the fine adjustment positioning of metro prefabricated ordinary slab track,and realize the proportion design,configuration and pouring of self-compacting concrete,which make sure the construction quality.Finally,according to the 1:9 prefabricated slab single turnout,propose the reasonable solution of turnout slab transportation and laying,develop the complete set of construction technology of metro prefabricated turnout slab.With the advancement of industrialization pattern,metro monolithic track bed is prefabricated by workshop.Mechanical laying technology at site will be popular.The study summary about metro prefabricated floating slab track,prefabricated ordinary slab track and prefabricated turnout slab track in this thesis has tested by the practical construction at Shanghai Metro Line 12.It will be a reference for future construction of metro slab track.
