Earthquake is one of the disasters which suffer the human being. The main approach to alleviate the losing of life and belongings is anti-seismic engineering. The traditional anti-seismic design sometimes cannot adopt to the demand of some actual engineering, then some earthquake-engineering scientists in all countries of the world have made some theoretic researches and engineering practices about isolator-seismic and damping-seismic. As a primary method of passive control, seismic isolation is widely concerned by technical personnel of structural engineering in all countries of the world. By using isolation devices, the structures is separated from severe ground motions induced by disastrous earthquake. And earthquake energy transferring super-structure is decreased enormously.The main contents of the paper are frame-structure of standard interlayer rubber isolator and swing base isolator. Frame-structure of six floors with isolator is designed in the paper. By establish a three dimensional finite-element modal and use the analysis soft ANSYS, nonlinear time history analysis about the structure is carried, and some response characteristics of the structure are got. The same condition of the superstructure with isolator-seismic and base-fixed are compared in the paper.We can find that structure with standard interlayer rubber isolator is obvious effect of isolation than fixed base structure, which can enormously decrease the earthquake action of structure, and the structure of swing base isolation system is more far lower than the results of the fixed base structure.The main purpose of the paper is through the research and analysis of the frame structure with interlayer rubber isolator and swing base isolator,find out the characteristic and excellence of different isolated method which will provide the reference about the development of isolator technology in the future...
