With the development of the economy and the continuous updating of technology,a large number of super high-rise buildings are widely used in commerce,residence,hotel and other fields.Super high-rise buildings not only represent the level of construction technology in the country,but also represent the economic development degree of the country and region.The super-high-rise building is developing towards the direction of higher and higher height,more and more complex shape and more and more changeable building function,which puts forward a severe test to the anti-seismic performance of the super-high-rise structure.The frame-core tube structure system has the advantages of good lateral stiffness,flexible structure layout and good spatial integrity,and is also the most widely used structural form in the current super-high-rise structures,so it is of great significance to study the seismic performance of the frame-core tube structure of super-high-rise.Firstly,based on a large amount of reference materials,this paper not only briefly reviews the domestic scholars’ theoretical research,experimental method and finite element method to study the seismic performance of frame-core tube structure,but also introduces the four development stages of seismic analysis theoryin chronological order.: static theory stage,reaction spectrum theory stage,dynamic theory stage,performance-based theoretical stage of seismic analysis.This paper uses the seismic theory method based on the seismic performance target.Then,for a practical project,the calculation and analysis model of the building frame-core tube structure is established to determine the structural over-limit category based on the code,and set the seismic performance targets of the structure and components at all levels.Then,based on SATWE and PMSAP software,this paper adopts the response spectrum method to calculate the elasticity of the structure under frequent earthquakes(small earthquakes),and makes a comparative analysis of the seismic performance indicators of the structure under frequent earthquakes,so as to judge the overall safety of the structure and the rationality of component design.As a supplement to the response spectrum method,the results of the elastic shear and the inter-layer displacement angle of the elastic time-history under the multipleearthquakes are compared.The structure is subjected to medium earthquakes without yielding and elastic checking,and the results are compared with the results of small earthquakes to achieve the performance targets under the structure.Finally,in order to study the seismic performance of the structure under the action of rare earthquakesfurther,this paper adopted the dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis method and conducted the dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis of the structure based on SAUSAGE software.Through the analysis of displacement,shear force,displacement Angle,plastic hinge and damagedevelopment,the seismic defense level,energy dissipation capacity and weak layer of the structure are studied,and the performance target of the structure under the action of large earthquake is judged.
