Automobile industry is one of the main basic industry of a country,itsdevelopment can accelerate the development of machinery industry, electronicindustry, chemical engineering industry, etc. Our Automobile industry has anextraordinary performance ,a series of policies are enacted and enforced which ishelpful to Automobile industry consumption ,car market becomes activegradually .from the point of the whole, the Automobile industry has entered a newstage."quality is the life of products" any company he who neglects the quality ofproducts will be washed out from the market ruthlessly .statistical data shows that20% of the malfuction of cars come from rear axle, the gear reducer of rear axle isthe key components of cars, its assembly quality directly influence the runningstability,noise and life of cars.So far, in order to meet the needs of the differential decelerator inner maingear's assembly quality,most of the companies first choose the type and quantity ofthe gasket through experience,then determine the validty of the choice by detectingthe torque after the assembly.if the torque deviate from the suitable torquegreatly,the main gear is assemblied and disassemblied repeatedly;in order to havethe main and following gear of the the differential decelerator toothedcorrectly,most of the companies choose the gasket by trial,then examine thetoothed trail to make sure that the preceding choice is right.but these methods aretrivial and low efficiently and not good to the development of the Automobileindustry.The assembly quality of the automobile gear reducer of rear axle is affectedmainly by two factors, one is the assembly quality of the drive gear assembly unitof the automobile gear reducer, the other is whether the meshing between the drivegear and the passive gear is good or not according to these two factors, the paperestablished cushion-selecting measure system to solve these actual problems.First we carry out detailed analysis and calculation for the previous tighteningforce of the bearings, then put forward the principle of determining the previoustightening force of the bearings, meanwhile, we offers the theory basis for selectingcushions;In the course of establishing cushion-selecting measure model, we havefully considered the system's flexibility;Then the paper carries out detailedexposition for the main structure of system, measure principle and measure course.In the electrical cotrolling unit we mainly expatiate the sensor's measuring circuit,pulsingsiganal's output circuit,and the encoding unit's feed-back circuit. Electromotors in the directionof X,Y,Z are controlled by step motor's driving card concurrently,it can perform thecomplex motion such like following and revolving. Electromotor's lost steps can be avoided bystep motor's finely dividing technology and the designing of the accelerating and deceleratingcurves.In electrical control part, this paper mainly elaborates the signal-handlingcircuit of sensor and the switch-input circuit of external control signal.In the designcourse of software, we adopt DLL method and realizes the using of theinterfacing function of the multi-function card in industrial control computer,finally we discuss succinct and utilitarian software interface and each functionalmodular in detail. The cushion-selecting measure system that this paper putsforward can apply to the assembly of gear reducer of various type rear axle, and itcan raise the assembly quality of the gear reducer of rear axle considerably.
