With the rapid development of economy in China, vehicle volume is increasing heavily. Therefore, the consequent traffic problems of traffic congestion, traffic accidents and environment pollution become a headache of city managers.Intersection as the hinge of city traffic system, vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles join together in the intersection. Because the direction of vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles are different, there are many traffic interferences and the traffic conflicts in the intersections, so that it easily results in traffic accident. After research on the causes of traffic conflicts in intersections, it is found out that turning-vehicles are the mainly cause of traffic conflicts.
