I have designed a kind of new variable gain linear pulse amplifier. Its function is that the weak pulse of the detector outputs are carried on enlargement and reshaping. The common detector output pulse signal scope is several dozens millivolts, but the multichannel pulse analyzer input pulse amplitude request is 1-15V, therefore the pulse linear amplifier must have the certain voltage gain, about ten times to several times. The linear amplifier on the spectrometer, besides it has the enough enlargement factor, and needs the good linearity and the broad dynamic range. The amplifier request band width, to adapt radiation pulse randomness and its extremely quick front. Moreover because the detector output pulse signal base is very broad, its scope has a long tail, it can not adapt to request of the multichannel pulse amplitude analyzer. We must shape to the signal pulse.This article has introduced basic principle of the amplifier, the electric circuit structure, enhances the amplifier's stabilization, and the measure and method of precision, in the end, I carry on the entire machine testing through the electric circuit simulation to validate. Using the filter forming electric circuit and the active integral forming electric circuit structure, and the irregular pulse become the standard the accurate Gauss pulse. That the common amplifier count rate is low, temperature voltage drift is very good, the machinery adjustment is rough and instability, in order to overcome these shortcomings; we use digital potentiometer relay X9511 and precise operational amplifier OP37, the electric circuit structure become simple. They indicate this amplifier's antijamming ability is very high, the gain multistage changes steadily, its temperature voltage drift is low, and the pulse linearity is good and so on. The power's quality is decided in the system performance, the amplifier has 4 groups'power sources, input 220V through theπfilter, the transformer transformation, the full-wave rectification, finally through manostat leveling off voltage, after the electric capacity filter outputs. Like this, design succinctly, reliable, Satisfy with the power request.At the same time, we have also used the simulation technology, obtain the feasible electric circuit structure schematic diagram by simulating, and carry on the electric circuit the actual design. After this amplifier develops successfully, add to multichannel card and linear gate circuit which teacher develops, experiment to the standard source and the sample coal, this amplifier may realize to analyzing accurately to the coal ingredient, we have already used it about two years, it proves this amplifier has the good...
