| A business car is a component part of the car. A business car is so important that it isn't replaced. Recently it became a main force of a car. The drive line in very important to a business car that is in road driving. In a large degree, dynamic characteristics and economic characteristics of a business car depend on the performance of the engine and the parameter of the drive line. The result of statistical calculation shows that most of engines work currently far away from the optimum consumption-zone. The main reason is that the engine was not matched very well with the drive line. Rational match is so important that it can improve the productive rate and reduce the gasoline consumption.On the base of systematically analyzing the indexes of dynamic characteristics and economic characteristics that are used in the traditional theory, mean velocity was selected as the index of dynamic characteristics, gasoline consumption per hour as economic characteristics and energy availability as the index of comprehensive assessment of two characteristics above in this paper, energy availability as the index of comprehensive assessment combine engine with gearing. From point of engine view, highest productivity and economic characteristics need to decrease energy consumption. In other words, minority gasoline consumption accomplish transportation energy availability is either driveline work or improve ways to driveline. Energy availability complementary assessment of two characteristics.It is identical curve surface or curve in this paper. Business car engine's characteristics describe with mathematics' model. Building the math model of the driveline it include math model of the clutch, math model of the gearbox, math model of the driving gear math model of the tyre, on the base of building the math model of the driveline, the simulation calculation program of dynamic characteristics and economic characteristics was compiled. The model was confirmed to be right by compared with the result of the test.To solve optimization match of the driveline with the engine, first, it analyze convention method, driveline's power and six word is comprehensive assessment of two characteristics above in this paper, the reversal engine parameter was matched with the driveline parameter to the best by mean of fuzzy optimization design method in this paper. The energy availability was selected as the object function and the optimization method was determined under two match cases of the given engine, parameter of the driveline to be optimized and the given parameter of the driveline, engine to be optimized. The fuzzy optimization calculation expand the area under fuzzy. The way to improve the designed variable's numerical value was broaden the scope. Fuzzy optimize analysis for interests of calculation results. The fuzzy optimization method was confirmed to be practical for the match design of engine and its driveline by comparing calculation result with test result. |
